Entry to the Grotto is free, and our Elves will do everything they can to ensure you can visit the Grotto as quickly as possible. However as Santa is always popular at this time of year, there may be a wait – To ensure you get the time you want and avoid waiting you are encouraged to book a family ticket for guaranteed entry.

Family tickets are £2.00 for 2 Adults and up to 4 children, please note all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
